Committed to Excellence
Since 1998

Built on Tradition, Passion, and Precision

Montana has always been home for me, and the outdoors is where my story began. My grandfather, Lee Bridges, an outfitter, introduced me to hunting and fishing at a young age. By high school, my stepdad and I were hunting together regularly, shaping my passion for this way of life.

After working on cattle ranches in my youth, I realized my true calling was in taxidermy and tanning hides. I loved the precision and craftsmanship of preserving each hide to honor its story. Freshly graduated with a degree in diesel mechanics and a vision for something more, I took the leap of faith and started Montana Rocky Mountain Fur Dressers from scratch.

This business is not just a job—it is my life’s work, rooted in family and tradition. My wife, Katrina, runs the books, and our three daughters lend a hand around the shop. Passing down the hunting lifestyle to my girls has been one of my greatest joys. Watching my oldest successfully hunt over the past few years has brought everything full circle for our family.

Since 1998, we have been a trusted partner for taxidermists nationwide. Our Alum-synthetic based tanning process preserves hides with softness, durability, and stretch, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards. We treat every hide—domestic or exotic—with care, knowing it represents more than just an animal; it is part of a story.

At Montana Rocky Mountain Fur Dressers, we share your commitment to honoring each hide and creating lasting results. This is more than a business—it is a tradition we are proud to carry on.
